Newly renovated in 2025 (!), modern, cozy, and allergy-friendly: Your vacation home in Fieberbrunn in the Kitzbühel Alps. Enjoy our two stylish, fully equipped vacation apartments with balcony and mountain view in a good location without mountain ascents, with great infrastructure, all year round.

Pet-free, allergy-friendly apartment for uninterrupted breathing for singles, couples, small groups of three, pensioners, archers, and active vacationers - summer, winter, hiking, biking, archery, or skiing vacations. To ensure a good start to your day, we organize fresh bread rolls from the local baker.

The vacation apartments are not geared towards small children and provide peace and space for adults.
