Single-family house located in a sunny, quiet, and central location right on the edge of the forest with a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Within a few minutes' walk, you will find the entry point for the "SKICIRCUS" - Fieberbrunn, Saalbach, Leogang, and Hinterglemm, the cross-country skiing entry point, the campsite with the wellness facility "Energiebrunnen," the riding stable, and the village center. Additionally, about a 15-minute walk away, you will find the Lauchsee (swimming lake), the adventure pool and sauna village Aubad, and the tennis courts! The holiday apartments are an ideal starting point for hikes as well as walking and cycling tours!
Sufficient private parking directly next to the house, a beautiful garden with a sunbathing area, and a barbecue area (FEWO II), as well as a nice balcony with panoramic views in the FEWO I, baby cot and high chair available upon request, use of washing machine and dryer for a fee! Dogs allowed - price upon request!
