Our house has been converted and adapted so that you can celebrate in your own booked and traveled group without coming into contact with others.

Virologically necessary distancing is possible! Our house specializes in small groups of up to 12 people. If you book directly with us, you will always get the cheapest price! If you let us know how you would like the room layout, we can prepare the offer accordingly. The inquiry assistant only creates offers based on the number of beds and does not take into account the relationship, which is very important. Family business quietly located on the edge of the forest. Large, beautiful apartments with shower/WC, balcony, radio/TV and LAN supplied via fiber optic. There is enough space to play. In winter it is possible to slide on sledges and slide plates directly on the Brandtnerhofr grounds. German and English are spoken.

Our apartment Waidring with a Passenger elevator is possible for 2 small families with 1 child so for 6 people. But we also like to rent the apartment with more bedrooms, because our rooms "twin room Saalachtal" and "two- and one-bedroom Pillerseetal" are directly beside and therefore they can be booked. The kitchen is designed for 12 people.

Our penthouse apartment reachable with a Passenger elevator for 3 persons with ca.65m² or for 8 persons with 120m² has been redesigned. Equipped with roof terrace, 2x large bathrooms, 2x own toilets, 4xTV, 4x network connection WLAN and balconies on the north and south side. There is also a sauna in the apartment, but the electricity costs are not included in the apartment price.

The layout can be seen in the plan. For an occupancy of up to 3 persons, the left part of 65m² is affected, while for an occupancy of 4 persons and above, the right part is included.
